My Brother Had A Brain Turner In 1980, Which Left

my brother had a brain turner in 1980, which left him with what we thought were seizures.. I do not believe these episodes are seizures... he seems like he is having a grand mall, but he has a sever head ache, says his head is popping off. also says his brain feels empty and so does his body.. 6 months ago he had a sepsis infection and strep... do you think this is a seizure problem, he did have the eeg and there was no activity in his brain when these were going on.
