my brother had stroke two months back and is recovering but he is suffering from urine retention and urine culture shows occasional pus cells and does not indicate any organism growth in 48 hrs. Another report shows he has prostate grade 3 enlargement. I want to know what is his condition and what treatment he should get thanks
