My Brother Has Been Having Spasums In His Side And

my brother has been having spasums in his side and lower abdomen the last one was today the pain was so bad he blacked out while driving and rolled his work tuck. so far no one has been able to say why he has seen several doctors and had blood work done no adnormalities
