My Brother Has Cellulitis. He Has Lost The Ability To

my brother has cellulitis. he has lost the ability to use his fingers on both hands. he has some control of his wrists. Is there some type of prostheses that would help him. He has been in a nursing home recovering and can now walk. If he could regain some use of his hands he could be independent again. Thank you for your help.
