My Brother Has Flu In Past He Had Kidney Failure

my brother has flu in past he had kidney failure by not going to doctor right away. he didn't require tama flu. we are concerned he could get worse but hes not willing to goto hospital as he is very stubborn. is there anything I can give him for now. He has all symptoms fever aches pain And very very sensitive stomach chills etc
