My Brother Is 37 Years Old. He Has Been Healthy

my brother is 37 years old. He has been healthy with no known problem. In April of this year he started having pain in the stomach which would spread to his chest and into his left arm, shoulder and in his right shoulder. he has tightness in his chest and he will get numbness and tingling through his body. He also will get dizzy and nauseated. this starts anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour after eating. It also will hurt if he does not eat at all. He has lost a lot of weight a lot of weight. He is pale looking and just doesn't look good at all. They have ran blood work and said every thing is good. One time his pancreas is elevated next time they say its not. They have done a scope on him and said his esgoghzus is not as wide as it should be. he has had problem with constipation and hemroids and they done a colonoscopy on him and said it looked ok a small polyup was found. He has had an ultra sound done on his gall bladder they said he had sludge. now he has had thee doctors say it is his gall bladder others saying not the gall bladder. We are just frustrated and he is tired of hurting. Do You Have any suggestions?
