My Brother Is Diabetic, And Has Had Heart Problems Including

my brother is diabetic, and has had heart problems including bypass. His pressure is 110 over 62 and he hasn't been able to get out of bed today because he is weak. He hasn't eaten but he says he did not give himself insulin and his sugar is OK. He doesn't have a fever. He just doesn't feel well, and he says he just needs to rest. He wont go to the hospital
