my brother lost oxegen for 5 to 7 min he has little brainwave action but he seems to have a bit of emotion he mcves his eyes heseems to get frustrated he can smile and he seems to recognize people he has a trake so he cant talk but he seems to mouth and trys to communicate he has been this way for three months is there any new expierimental anything to regenerate brain function?
