My Brother Was On The Throne Yesterday Morning And He's

my brother was on the throne yesterday morning and He's got Down Syndrome he told me his head hurt.I said don't worry about ,but a few seconds later he called me and said his head hurt ,when i approached him his head when forward unto my body and his body leaned to the right against me, He stiffined up and there was no response, I could not sit him up from the tthreone until my sister and nephew came to help me but between the three of us we couldn't get him up. I wiped a cold rag onhis head ,neck, and face and he came to .I gave him some waater and as for today he's been fine. This happened yesterday
