My C An T An Ls In My Back All

my c an t an ls in my back all have bulging disk some 9mm on down to 3mm have scoliosis had rods an srews in the l to s plate an srews in neck now the scoliosis is bake above the rods I have bone spurs compressed vertibra spinal stenosis spondylolisthesis atherosclerosis facet arthiritis my spine is gone so many other things cannt name them all my problem now is my body an legs are getting where I cannt hold my self up for long I cannt even go walking no morecannt do anything except sit for alittle bit then lay down back an forth I am having bad headaches that wont go away till I lay falt an I have had four spinal surgerys please help I move an these dcs donnt read my file I am going crazy now thank you
