My Cardiologist Ruled Out Any Heart Disease. 3 ECG Came

my cardiologist ruled out any heart disease. 3 ECG came normal. blood sugar was 103. BP was normal. i was diagnosed with anxiety (panic attack).was experiencing pain in shoulder and back but the ortho said its not related to heart its just muscles. now whenever i am drifting to sleep i feel sudden sensation on chest or electrical waves from hand to chest. am 27 yrs old. i really dont know whats happening with me.
