My Chihuahua Is Depressed She Walks Funny With Her Tail

my chihuahua is depressed she walks funny with her tail flat between her legs and she might be pregnant although i dont believe thats the problem. she stands funny with her back legs more spread. and she sleeps alot sluggish wat could b wrong with her shes a year and a half
