My Child Has Biliary Atressia And Is Becoming A Picky

my child has Biliary atressia and is becoming a picky 2 year old eater. We need some good protein chioces other than chicken fingers. She will soemtimes eat sausage and sometime not. We dont want to tell her she gets nothing else if she doesnt eat what we give her. She also does not talk so it is very difficult.
