My Child Is 27 Months Old.he Tried To Put A

my child is 27 months old.he tried to put a cotton bud in his ear and a sudden push occurred by me.he cried for 10 minutes but no blood came out.it was yesterday morning.to day morning i again try a cotton bud and found black colored blood is coming with cotton blood.his walking and other behavior is normal. what i can do?
