My Children Are Running Fevers From 108 For A Seven

my children are running fevers from 108 for a seven year old and the second child is running a fever at a 104 she is five years old and the third one is three and her fever is 102. what is the dangers and what else can I do . I have been giving them Tylenol and ibprofin. please help
