My Classes Go By 45 Minutes Each Class, 5 Minutes

my classes go by 45 minutes each class, 5 minutes in between, and within 4 classes I finished 2 monster energy drink. After a few hours I got a hit with a throbbing pain in my right testicle. I didn't think much of it until it happened a few minutes ago again, is there any possible way its the energy drink or could be other causes?
