My Dad Has Crisshosis Of The Liver He Is Retaining

my dad has crisshosis of the liver he is retaining a lot of fluid in his abdomen and today he has started running a mild fever and his feet are starting to turn purple do i need to take him to the hospital or is there something i can do at home for him he also has real bad henrroids that are inflamed right now that are bleeding also
