My Dad Just Had Stents Put In His Legs Today

my dad just had stents put in his legs today the nurse pulled out a tube a few hours later and his blood pressure and heart rate dropped they got it back up but know his speech is garbled is this normal after that or do you think there is more going on hopefully not a stroke?
