my dad went in for cellulitis and fluid retention to the hospital. treated with Lasix and blood pressure dropped so they stopped Lasix gave him fluids with IV and started this midodrine 5mg 3 times a day BP runs about 90 to 100 for top number. he has COPD and CHF. he seems very tired and out of it at times. should he be taking this medication. we also found out they gave him ambien. he has gotten worse not better?
