My Date Of Mension Is 10th Sept2014,but Sexual Activities Started

my date of mension is 10th sept2014,but sexual activities started on 24th sept 2014.now i am pregenent.ultrasound was done on 4th nov2014 the doctor said you are pregenent for seven weeks and 4 days .is it true.secondly he said that there is no heart beating of infant,so you have to abort.what i have to do please suggest me.
