My Daughter (18 Years Old) Told Me Today That She

my daughter (18 years old) told me today that she feels her pulse in both legs when she tries to go to sleep. she also mentioned that she feels her pulse in her ear too. Can you please explain how these symptoms can be interpreted? it seems like she is having these symptoms for couple of weeks. she is in college right now . she had allergic symptoms last week and she started to play tennis after giving a long break. I was just curious if the symptoms could be somehow related to those situations. Thanks!
