My Daughter 39, Was Diagnosed With High White Blood Cells

my daughter 39, was diagnosed with high white blood cells and low iron. Also, lupus dna positive and another test indicative of lupus. she did a round of antibiotics and test came back the same. doc called for her to come in next week for more tests. what are the possibilities.
