My Daughter Who Is 17yrs Old, Healthy Athlete Started Lower

my daughter Who is 17yrs old, healthy athlete started lower grade fever last Fri before holiday weekend. she saw doc and had ear infection. she had been taken ammociline 500mg for a week and didn't get any better. worsen with cough and lower fever and headach. bottom of teeth hurts when she eat. doc gave her another antibiotic for sinus infection, she is taking since Friday night. 2days later she looks little better but headache doesn't go away and she can not think. she said head is very heavy. is this something going on?
