My Daughter Completed 21 Day Of Medication For The Wing

my daughter completed 21 day of medication for the wing worms and in the process, developed a rash under her arm and on her thigh, it appears to look like it has formed scalps but is not hard to the touch. I took her back to urgent care and was instructed to call her pcp tomorrow.
I am having a very hard time getting her in to see a peds dem any time soon.
