My Daughter Got Head Bump Last Week She Vomit Trice

my daughter got head bump last week she vomit trice so we took her to the hospital and go under ct scan and under observation for four days the ct scan is clear she's fine so we decided to go home but after two days her face swelling the right side where she head bump.. her doctor said its okay coz the fluid is draining down.. is that true??
