My Daughter Has A History Of Pneumonia Due To Allergies/asthma

my daughter has a history of pneumonia due to allergies/asthma so its often hard in the first day or 2 to tell when she's actually sick and when its allergy related. Currently due to the discharge bough from the nose and what shes coughing up im pretty sure sh e has a sinus infection
