My Daughter Has Always Had Pretty Teeth. All Of A

my daughter has always had pretty teeth. All of a sudden there is a strange discoloration on the top teeth. looks like someone chewing tobacco. sometimes worse than others. She was taking a birth control shot after her son was born in 2010. She stayed on the shot up to 2015. She also started taking aderol for ADD recently. Could these be the cause of it?
