My Daughter Has Been Having Sever Abdominal And Lower Intestinal

my daughter has been having sever abdominal and lower intestinal pain since wensday of last week, she has broke out in a rash that has traveled from her feet up to har arms, her oxygen level has dropped and is now on oxygen and her blood pressure is low, her white cell count is elevated and she has blood in her urine, she has had all kinds of blood work done and test run and they have found nothing. They have now brought in an infectious diease doctor to look at her but even he is puzzled
