My Daughter Has Had A High Fever For The Last

my daughter has had a high fever for the last 6 hours. 100.7 then 102, She has had a cold cloth on her forhead. Gave her tylnol 1 hour ago. Now her temp is 103. She has a soar throat and other cold symptoms. What else can I do to ring he temp down?
