My Daughter Has Had Eczema Since Birth. It Has Been

my daughter has had eczema since birth. It has been completely clear for a while now, but in the last week or so she has these little bumps where the eczema was behind her knee and a couple on the back of one of her hands. Is this another eczema symptom? I looked at hundreds of wart pictures and read about them, what she has doesn't fit any of them.
