My Daughter In Law Is In Er Has Low Blood

my daughter in law is in er has low blood pressure, chest pains severe enough for her to ask for pain meds which she never would do she's breast feeding and gave natural birth to 5 children so she can handle pain , but she's gone ashy / gray looking worried.
