My Daughter Is 20. She Was Diagnosed With Brochitis April

my daughter is 20. She was diagnosed with Brochitis April 8. She was taking Cefzil and cough medicine with codeine. She broke out in hives Wednesday and they switched med to z-pak. today she is still coughing up phlegm, feels very tired, chest and neck feels tight and has some nausea. She as two hives on her face and her back itches. thoughts?
