My Daughter Is 21 Years Old And Is Coughing, Low

my daughter is 21 years old and is coughing, low energy, sore chest, sore back, wheezing and some of these symtoms have persisted for over 4 weeks. She has gone to the medical provider where she took a antibiotic and now a 5 day span predisone, zytek and allegy spary for 4 days.... coughing has gotten better, but she is wheezing, sore and low energy.... she has seen an alergist as well.... what do you think?
