My Daughter Is 3 Years Old And Has Been Running

my daughter is 3 years old and has been running a fever for two days she hasnt been sent home from daycare she has just been tired, still eating and drinking the same but her body is hot! she did complain of a headache yesterday i gave her advil and her body temperature seem to go back to normal but after a few hours she was burning hot again. should i seek medical attention and take her to the e.r.?
