My Daughter Is Away At College. She Just Called With

my daughter is away at college. she just called with complaint of pain behind her eye. since this morning. also pain in her neck, and achy feeling in her back. She is stuffy. Only slight fever. I want to think it is sinusitis. she was swimming at shasta lake this past weekend. I am suggesting she go to the ER. She feels this is overkill.
