My Daughter Is Constantly Accusing Me Of Having Body Dismorphia.

my daughter is constantly accusing me of having body dismorphia. at one point i was around 340 lbs. i have since lost around 170 lbs. i have had plastic surgery for repair work. my reason for the weight loss was because i had congestive heart failure and 1 stent put in and it really scared me to keep the weight on. it wasn;t vanity that prompted my weight loss it was fear. ok now what to do?
