My Daughter Is In Italy Traveling And Passed Out After

my daughter is in Italy traveling and passed out after experiencing some tingling on her lips and face. this was 3 days ago but she is still experiencing some tingling on lips and chin. Could it be just exhaustion from traveling and not sleeping well?
