My Daughter Is Saying Her Has Pains From Her Throat

my daughter is saying her has pains from her throat to her chest. It is not a normal sore throat she is discribing it as if you eat something and dont chew it up it burns going down. Then she says her chest is like someone is sitting on her? she has not experienced any cold or coughing and not sure what this could be
