My Daughter Was Bitten (in The Lips) By Out Pet

my daughter was bitten (in the lips) by out pet a month ago and was only given 1 of antirabbies. no follow ups as prescribed by his doctor. she was bitten again today, very minimal, no blood, almost like a scratch only. do she need another booster? dog is fine and still alive.
