My Daughter Who Is 38 A Quad Started Developing Lots

my daughter who is 38 a quad started developing lots of dark looking moles on her back about 5 years ago. A nurse at a would care clinic said they were from poor hygiene and could be dirt accumulating. I have spent more time scrubbing her back and using different types of cleansers to help remove them. However it doesn't help. Is there a good cleanser that can help?
