My Daughter Who Is 51 Just Had A Nuclear Stress

my daughter who is 51 just had a nuclear stress test for preop for back surgery. the dr notified her that he saw a shadow and would not clear her. Her cholesterol has always been low..around 140 and her triglycerides are much better than average. What could the shadow be from?
