My Daughter Who Is Attending College Is Having Alot Of

my daughter who is attending college is having alot of issues with her stomach. I first thought it may have been a virus but she is complaining with it hurting and being nauseated at night and morning. She also states that when she is trying to eat that her stomach hurts and can't eat.what is going on with her?
