My Dermatologist Has Prescribed Doxytab For My Rosacea. I Was

my dermatologist has prescribed doxytab for my rosacea. I was told i would have to take this medication for life. This seems like an awfully long time to have to take an antibiotic. is this truly necessary? along with the doxytab I am also using Finacea in the PM and MetroCream in the AM. My condition is mild and just started this winter .
