My Doctor Diagnose My Injury As A Spasm In My

my doctor diagnose my injury as a spasm in my shoulder , neck , upper back. he prescribed Flexerill but the pain is not going away from this drug . also 2 doctors said the same thing i have a strain muscle and spasm
there was no exray but both doctors felt my shoulder and neck area and didn't notice any dislocations can they be wrong if a didn't have an exray and why after 2 weeks of taking ibuprofen , tylenol, and Flexerill is the pain not going away
