My Doctor Took Me Off My Dostinex And My Prolactin

my doctor took me off my dostinex and my prolactin increased from a level of 8 to 78 in six weeks. I do not feel well. I have headaches, My breasts are very tender and have increased in size. I'm more tired than normal and have no sex drive. Could this be from the increase in prolactin?
