My Doctor Will Want Me To Take Boniva Or Fosamax,

my doctor will want me to take boniva or fosamax, both mdications have made me ill in the past. i just took a bone denisty test and was informed to come to my primary doctors office. he will try to give me the medicine that has made me ill in the past. i want to be proactive about my bone health but can not tolerate the usual medications given for osteoporosis. help, what else can i do to stop the bone loss. i am a active person. please give me some other sugestions for my bones to stop the osteo condition and become a healty person without taking the meds with all the side effects. i have tried fosamax and boniva and could not tolerate thee side effects. help please. thank you lorraine ( 203-571-8040) , barrylorraine@ comcast.net
