My Dog Has Another Anal Gland Infection. She Has Been

my dog has another anal gland infection. she has been on antibiotics for 2 weeks and has had her glands expressed twice. this is the second time in a year she has had an infection. I read about using Epsom salt baths/soaking that supposed to help clear up the infection. Is it normal while using this bath to still have discharge from her glands,
