My Dog Has Lymp. Cancer We Found Out In Early

my dog has lymp. cancer we found out in early nov. it is now end of jan. his thyroid stopped working in july and he was put on meds. for that so he could have had this cancer longer than we thought.He is panting really bad but still eating we have him on preisone and no cancer drugs is it time to put him down is the panting because of pain he's been panting since july but it has gotten bad and he is on tramadol50 mg. twice a day.
