My Dog Was Bitten By Another Dog Almost 2 Weeks

my dog was bitten by another dog almost 2 weeks ago the vet gave him Clindamycin as an antibiotic and Quellin as an anti-inflammatory. At first he slept a lot then after taking the meds for a week he seemed normal, he still has 5 days of the Clindamycin left and he seems to be drinking more water than usual and is panting like he has been running even if he is resting. Would this be a side affect of the meds or possibly from the dog bite?
