My Dog Was Fine Yesterday And Then This Morning Didn't

my dog was fine yesterday and then this morning didn't want to jump into my car. She suddenly acted in pain at my parents house for about 2 minutes and was then running around like crazy. Back at my house now, she yelps when i touch her hip but isn't limping or walking funny. Could she have pulled a muscle?
